I stopped in today with some concern about a crown that I could move a little. I was thinking the worst, that perhaps I had broken either the crown itself or the post. Dr. Thomas was able to see me a few hours later and efficiently popped the crown off and re-cemented it in place! It was such a relief to know that taking care of the issue wasn't a huge problem, or expense! I am always so pleased with the care and attention I receive from Dr. Fried and his staff.

This is a dental practice filled with outstanding dentists who are skilled and truly care. The dental assistants/ hygienists make you always feel comforted even during the most uncomfortable procedures. Yet the people at the desk and who take calls are incredible. Zero stars. Dr. Thomas, while filling 2 cavities for my 11 year old daughter, asked her if she wanted novacaine. My daughter was unsure and asked the Dr to ask me. Dr Thomas told her it was her mouth and she had to decide. My daughter chose no novacaine because she didn't know what to do. I was in the waiting room the entire time and NONE of the 3 adults in her room came to ask me if she should have novacaine. We have been patients of Dr Fried for 14+ years and will never see Dr Thomas again, if we ever go back. Completely unacceptable.

The best dentists I have ever experienced.

I've been going to Dr. Fried's office for dental work and cleanings for a couple of years now. They are an excellent office. My hygienist last time was Amanda and she did a very good job.

For years my dentist was a man named Dr. Harry V. Temple in Brookline, MA. I had always considered him to be the best. Now, however, in my mind, at least, he has some serious competition. During my recent visit, Dr. Werman discovered an unexpected need for a root canal. She went right ahead and performed it efficiently, effectively and (best of all) painlessly. This was only my 3rd visit with Dr. Werman, but each time she has been professional, friendly and very effective. I don't know what she's being paid, but whatever it is, it isn't enough.

Very well run Dental Practice. Everyone is very helpful.Very pleased with it. Definitely would recommend it. Recently my wife went for a follow up cleaning. I’ve been coming to Dr Fried & Team’s office since I was a kid. They are the epitome of the comfort of the classic family dental office. After years of good fortune and maintenance, finally had to get a cavity filled today. We tried no numbing, but when I winced, doc didn’t hesitate to numb me so she made sure I had a comfortable experience. Seamless process paying out the door, receipt documentation and price tag what was pre-communicated. Always have a great conversation with the staff as well. As pleasant as going to the dentist can be!

Dr. Thomas examined me and diagnosed the problem and made referrals. Kelly and Leslie handled my X-rays with patience and expertise! Brought in my mouth guard which didn't fit properly and Dr. Fried made 3 adjustments until it was finally comfortable! Even though its not one of my favorite procedures to have my cavities filled but they are always kind and great. Dr Fried was patient and worked fast and our child did not have any complaints. Great Job everyone.

Great experience with Dr. Fried yesterday! Went in to have 2 old silver fillings replaced. I was very apprehensive about this as I have had issues in the past (not with Dr. Fried!) when replacing fillings. Dr. Fried patiently listened to my concerns, took the time to explain my options and offered to "get creative." He was able to fix the fillings without replacing them completely and no novocain! I was in and out in 30 pain-free minutes with a solution I am very happy with. I am a terrible dental patient and Dr. Fried has always been great. Lovely office and staff too! Highly recommend!

I had good experience for clean up

Yesterday, I went in for a crown, and they made it in the office while I waited. I left with no discomfort and a completed perfectly fitting crown - no need for a temporary crown and a second visit for the permanent one. I can't recommend Dr. Fried and his staff enough. My experience has always been excellent. The calm, friendly and professional staff make the time in a the dentist's chair comfortable.

I have found a new dentist, Dr. Mark Fried. I saw Dr. Fried for a second opinion and fell in love with him and his whole office staff. He explained things to me in a very clear manner, making me appreciate the issues I was facing and designing a plan that was conservative but smart. His pricing is also excellent in comparison to surrounding dentists and he has a very clever office only discount program that is a no brainer in terms of cost and dental hygiene. I was thrilled when I left because I felt a sense of confidence that I had gotten great advice from a dentist with years of experience.

My procedure was done with a soft hand and I was well taken care of. They were very in tune if I was uncomfortable and were very quick to help me.

I lost a filling over the weekend and was experiencing a bunch of sensitivity. I called on Monday and Dr. Fried was able to squeeze me in same day to put in a temp filling. Life saver. Dr. Werman was thorough in her explaination of my choices to address my issue. She talked me through the procedure and continually asked if I was ok. She did not push me to any particular choice. She sought colleague opinion. I found this comforting as it made me feel like the practice works as a team. They did not try to sell additional services through scare tactics which has been my experience with past dental practices. I definitely recommend this practice. Also kudos to the staff they were all wonderful.

My favorite dentist!

It was an actual thorough cleaning. I didn't sense that the hygienist was rushing. I have switched to Dr. Fried from a chain provider. Also their advice on continuing my at home care was spot on.

I had the most thorough, meticulous cleaning that I can remember in my adult life last night. All done by hand with no painful or irritating “power tools”, with a careful considerate polishing afterwards. A+

My name is Lucy Dean, I came here years ago with my daughter Elizabeth and myself. When my husband retired, he started coming as well. . One problem, I can't hear most of what people say because of the sound level is rather high. I do have hearing aids but they don't help.

The hygienist was gentle and patient. Going there is such a calming experience. Dr. Fried provides excellent attention to detail. I would recommend him to everyone!

Amazing! I had an old silver filling in my back molar ( quite large) that was very aged. In one appointment, Dr Fried replaced it using his in-house super latest technology mini milling machine that I got to watch create my custom overlay in about 10 minutes. He is the most pain free and gentle dentist I have ever experienced. In less than one hour, my tooth is state of the art! Thank you!

Dr. Fried and his staff are absolutely tip-top. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and very responsive. I really like going there - I know they will do an excellent job, the staff is A-1, and believe it or not, with Dr. Fried and his staff at the helm, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I have been going to him for the past 40 years (at least!) and I will continue to go to him just as long as I am in this area. That should tell you something about the quality of their service – and the fact that they have been voted the best dentist in Framingham for at least the last five years (and deservedly so!) should tell you something too. I am so happy I found this office, everyone here is friendly and patient and just makes you feel comfortable. I had been going to Dr. Fried for years, but when I retired I no longer had dental insurance so I just stopped going for regular check ups and cleanings. Then, I broke a molar and my mouth was getting pretty uncomfortable. So I mastered my embarrassment and called to see if I could get an appointment. The office staff could not have been more welcoming and supportive! They pulled up my four year old record and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The dentist, Dr. Thomas, was gracious as well as very skilled, listening carefully to my concerns. Turns out I need a new crown, which is a very expensive procedure. She explained that the office offered an in-house dental insurance program which covers regular check ups and discounts on procedures. Dr. Thomas worked with me on financing solutions while preparing a temporary crown to relieve my pain. There were no recriminations for neglecting dental care for four years, just positive attitudes and problem solving. This is a wonderful dental practice!

I had to switch dentists since my dentist is out of network now. The receptionist was super nice and got me in for a same day appointment. My hygienist was amazing too! Go back for full exam with Dr. Fried. Great experience so far!

Office staff was excellent. Dr. Fried was terrific - explained what he was going to do and offered explanation throughout and was very thorough. Kelly was also great - made me feel at ease. I am so glad I found this practice! Worth noting: Dr. Fried's choice of office music sounds like it was picked from my personal collection.

I always have a fantastic experience at this office. This time, due to COVID precautions, I was unable to lipread due to everyone wearing masks and the hygienist did a wonderful job ensuring communication with me was clear through writing on a notepad.

Dr. Fried was very friendly. More than that he was available - he didn't just rush in and rush out - sitting down to speak with me and actually have a conversation (directly and indirectly related to my oral health). And the Dental Hygienist that saw me was also very friendly. Again, better than that, she was exceptionally thorough. My teeth looked amazing when I left. So much so that I called back in to say "thank you."

The office was great! Dr. Werman was so detail oriented, explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist Amanda was wonderful - so friendly, and always does a great job. Everything was so nice and clean, and I felt very safe.

Dr. Thomas and her assistant Leslie are nothing short of incredible!! They make going to the dentist not suck. If you are looking for a dentist in the Metro West area I strongly recommend booking with Dr. Thomas. I also enjoyed working with their office manager Tina.

I felt safe as strict covid procedures were followed by all; I was greeted promptly, all staff were courteous and caring. This was my first visit to Dr Fried's practice and I'm so happy I made the switch from my previous dentist.

Every time I walk into Dr. Fried's office, it's a great experience. Dr. Fried has invested in state-of-the-art COVID protection measures, including a ventilation system that removes viruses from the air. The staff is very upbeat, and morale is high. Dr. Fried treats his staff with respect, and the payoff is you're getting your teeth cleaned by real professionals. Everyone works very hard to ensure you have an excellent experience. I have never been disappointed in the many, many years I've gone to this dentist. Two thumbs up!

Very safe by today's Covid standards. Double masks and face shields; glasses for protection; empty waiting room. I felt safe and was impressed by the precautions taken.

Clean, efficient, friendly

Office is being cleaned frequently. Patients are asked covid-related questions before entering. Dentists and hygienists all wear masks, face shields and gloves. I did not have to wait more than 5 min in the parking lot before being called to enter. Very friendly and efficient.

We were scared to go for dental cleaning since March 2020, then waited for our appointment since early August, finally made it into the dental office on November 23rd, it was a big change from good old pre-COVID-19 days. Dr. Fried's dental office is so wisely organized, we felt safe and happy to finally see a hygienist. Best of luck to everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!
