Mark fried is a state of the art dentist. I came in for an appointment and in a hour or two had brand new crown. The practice is top notch and have enjoyed a 13 ply year relationship with mark and his amazing team. 10 out of 10.
Dr. Fried is a wonderful dentist who truly cares about the well being of his patients. He has helped me immensely with an issue I was concerned about at no charge even though I am not one of his patients. He has a great sense of humor and he and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Even though I am not a patient because of dental insurance restrictions, I would highly recommend his practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Over the weekend I had a terrible toothache and left word on answering machine. They called back earlier the next day and told me to come right in. Dr Werman took care of my problem and now I'm on way to recovery.
Dr Mark Fried has been my dentist for 20 years and has always been very helpful and careful in providing the best dental care. Recently I was able to see Dr Fried on short notice for jaw pain. He examined me thoroughly and recommended that I see a specialist for TMJ pain. I received treatment and in a short time I was feeling better without medication.

I have no appt. or previous call, when I stepped in, I explained my condition to the desk. I was lucky , DR. Wermen was close to the desk, She stepped and in a minute she examend by X-ray and informed me with all options. I felt I'm lucky. She explained her plains, within 10 minutes. I have been going to Dr. Fried for over 32 years and many years ago I moved out of the Metro West area to the North Shore and still travel the extra distance to continue with the best care possible. Dr. Fried and his staff/team are the best you can find. They make you feel comfortable and everyone is always very professional and friendly. Every experience is second to none! Dr. Fried is the best dentist in the world. He has been my dentist for over 20 years and he knows what to do to solve any problem which he just did again on Aug.1, 2024. And, his entire staff is excellent as well. Tina, who is very plesant, checks you in among other things and can provide you with answers to any questions. Kristen, who has cleaned my teeth for all these years is very pleasant and an expert at what she does. Excellent in all aspects. Broke a tooth at the gumline on a weekend and Dr. Fried met me at the office within the hour! His Periodontist, Dr. Breen, is exceptional and in less than a week I'm on my way to an implant. Hygienists are all superb as is front office. Can't say enough great things about this dental office!

I’ve been coming to Dr Fried & Team’s office since I was a kid. They are the epitome of the comfort of the classic family dental office. After years of good fortune and maintenance, finally had to get a cavity filled today. We tried no numbing, but when I winced, doc didn’t hesitate to numb me so she made sure I had a comfortable experience. Seamless process paying out the door, receipt documentation and price tag what was pre-communicated. Always have a great conversation with the staff as well. As pleasant as going to the dentist can be!

It was absolutely pleasant and amazing work with true caring! He fixed my denture (which wasn’t made by him) and took the annoying pains away. I couldn’t believe it. All the staff is always very friendly and they are super accommodating. About 2 years ago I chipped my front tooth and they fit me in the next morning and you’d never be able to tell it was ever damaged!

Chipped my front tooth after an accident and the team at the office did a great job getting me scheduled right away. When I went in to get my tooth fixed they were all very friendly and helpful and did a fantastic job repairing the tooth! Can’t even tell it was even broken!

Today was the first time at this office. Our daughter broke her front tooth on a swing and our dentist referred us. Dr. Werman made this experience so pleasant and our nerves were soothed immediately., we knew we were in competent hands. For years my dentist was a man named Dr. Harry V. Temple in Brookline, MA. I had always considered him to be the best. Now, however, in my mind, at least, he has some serious competition. During my recent visit, Dr. Werman discovered an unexpected need for a root canal. She went right ahead and performed it efficiently, effectively and (best of all) painlessly. This was only my 3rd visit with Dr. Werman, but each time she has been professional, friendly and very effective. I don't know what she's being paid, but whatever it is, it isn't enough.
I always have a nice experience at Dr.Mark Frieds office. Everyone is friendly. My hygienist is gentle yet productive at the same time! I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I have been going for almost 40 years now. I do not live in Framingham anymore. I won’t choose a different dentist no matter the distance!

He was calm, patient and answered my questions well, also. I am so glad that my neighbor recommended me to this office because I had a very negative experience at another office where I was injured.

Doctors and Doctors assistants are so welcoming and make us feel comfortable. Even Annuals are not done for the sake of but they are well taken care. I would definitely recommend visiting this place.

Susan, as always did a great job with cleaning my teeth, and as before, provide very valuable guidance for my non-teeth oral problems. Her knowledge and advises are really filling the gaps usually left by primary care physicians.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fried for years. Last week one of my caps came loose and I contacted the office that Friday afternoon to have it cemented back in. The entire office was closed for an employee retirement party. I called the emergency number and left a message. Within minutes Dr. Fried got back to me. He left the party and met me at the office and took care of the cap. Dr. Fried is simply the nicest, most professional and best Dentist in the world. Thank you for everything Dr. Fried.

Great experience with Dr. Fried yesterday! Went in to have 2 old silver fillings replaced. I was very apprehensive about this as I have had issues in the past (not with Dr. Fried!) when replacing fillings. Dr. Fried patiently listened to my concerns, took the time to explain my options and offered to "get creative." He was able to fix the fillings without replacing them completely and no novocain! I was in and out in 30 pain-free minutes with a solution I am very happy with. I am a terrible dental patient and Dr. Fried has always been great. Lovely office and staff too! Highly recommend!
Kristen, my hygienist was superb. I was able to see her as my hygienist for the 2nd time, earlier I had no consistency and had someone different every time I came. She was prompt,, thorough, and efficient. I am happy to give her a great evaluation.
I have been a patient of Dr. Fried's since he received his diploma from Dental School. Currently, my entire family travels in excess of 3 hours (round trip) for our office visits with the good Dr. as well as with his talented staff. He is a great dentist that is totally at the fore front with the latest and greatest advancements in Tech, while also having a great touch. Yesterday, I went in for a crown, and they made it in the office while I waited. I left with no discomfort and a completed perfectly fitting crown - no need for a temporary crown and a second visit for the permanent one. I can't recommend Dr. Fried and his staff enough. My experience has always been excellent. The calm, friendly and professional staff make the time in a the dentist's chair comfortable.
I have found a new dentist, Dr. Mark Fried. I saw Dr. Fried for a second opinion and fell in love with him and his whole office staff. He explained things to me in a very clear manner, making me appreciate the issues I was facing and designing a plan that was conservative but smart. His pricing is also excellent in comparison to surrounding dentists and he has a very clever office only discount program that is a no brainer in terms of cost and dental hygiene. I was thrilled when I left because I felt a sense of confidence that I had gotten great advice from a dentist with years of experience.
Terrific care here. I see Dr. Werman. She's precise, terrific, skilled, communicates moment by moment what's happening. Seriously, my wife and I talk about how terrific she is at home haha. When you've had some questionable dental care in the past and then know you're in terrific hands, it makes a difference. Staff and hygienists are terrific as well.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mark Fried’s dentist's office and I must say, it was an amazing experience. Dr Fried is always very patient in explaining what all my options are. In addition, he seems to always be on The Cutting Edge of the latest technology and very thorough in everything he does. He is a great listener and communicator. All of the staff within the office are extremely friendly alsi. Dr Fried has been my personal dentist and that of my extended family for many years. I have been to other dentists because I am often out of state, but return to have his office do my important work and in some cases improve upon the work that another dentist has performed. His additional dental hygiene staff, and are also excellent.

Dr Fried is the only dentist that has calmed my fear of going to the dentist. He is very understanding to my concerns. His entire staff is great, from the wonderful hygienists to Tina & her office staff. I had a dental emergency on a Sunday evening. Dr W left her dinner with her husband and drove to the office to meet me. That is most definitely above and beyond.

I'm a patient with a bad gag reflex since orthodonture over 50 years ago, and I appreciate the degree of extra care Dr. Fried has taken to accommodate my difficulties over the 25 years I've been going to his office. His associates and staff are uniformly terrific, and equipment and techniques are up to date.

Every single person there is wonderful, and the dentists are top notch! If you have to go to the dentist, it might as well be a great experience! No pain ever! I lost a filling over the weekend and was experiencing a bunch of sensitivity. I called on Monday and Dr. Fried was able to squeeze me in same day to put in a temp filling. Life saver. Dr Frieds is the best dental care in metro west. I left after I moved and was hoping to find something closer to my new home. After trying a couple different places I came back to Dr Frieds. Dr. Werman was thorough in her explaination of my choices to address my issue. She talked me through the procedure and continually asked if I was ok. She did not push me to any particular choice. She sought colleague opinion. I found this comforting as it made me feel like the practice works as a team. They did not try to sell additional services through scare tactics which has been my experience with past dental practices. I definitely recommend this practice. Also kudos to the staff they were all wonderful.
It was an actual thorough cleaning. I didn't sense that the hygienist was rushing. I have switched to Dr. Fried from a chain provider. Also their advice on continuing my at home care was spot on.

They were not only able to get me in same day but the staff was friendly and understanding of my situation. My name is Lucy Dean, I came here years ago with my daughter Elizabeth and myself. When my husband retired, he started coming as well. . One problem, I can't hear most of what people say because of the sound level is rather high. I do have hearing aids but they don't help.
The hygienist was gentle and patient. Going there is such a calming experience. Dr. Fried provides excellent attention to detail. I would recommend him to everyone!
Recently my veneer (crown, installed by a different dentist a long time ago) fell out on a holiday to my horror. I called Dr. Fried's office and despite the fact that it was a holiday, Dr. Fried scheduled to see me that day (just 40 min later). I truly appreciated his prompt response and willingness to help me out during what was a stressful time for me. I also am very impressed by all of the staff, including Susan - a terrific hygienist who shares her stories with me while I get my teeth cleaned. She's the best hygienist I've ever had! Amazing! I had an old silver filling in my back molar ( quite large) that was very aged. In one appointment, Dr Fried replaced it using his in-house super latest technology mini milling machine that I got to watch create my custom overlay in about 10 minutes. He is the most pain free and gentle dentist I have ever experienced. In less than one hour, my tooth is state of the art! Thank you!

I really like going there - I know they will do an excellent job, the staff is A-1, and believe it or not, with Dr. Fried and his staff at the helm, I actually look forward to going to the dentist! I have been going to him for the past 40 years (at least!) and I will continue to go to him just as long as I am in this area. I am so happy I found this office, everyone here is friendly and patient and just makes you feel comfortable. If you haven't been to a dentist in a while and are apprehensive because of past experiences I can't recommend this place enough.
I had been going to Dr. Fried for years, but when I retired I no longer had dental insurance so I just stopped going for regular check ups and cleanings. Then, I broke a molar and my mouth was getting pretty uncomfortable. So I mastered my embarrassment and called to see if I could get an appointment. The office staff could not have been more welcoming and supportive! They pulled up my four year old record and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The dentist, Dr. Thomas, was gracious as well as very skilled, listening carefully to my concerns. Turns out I need a new crown, which is a very expensive procedure. She explained that the office offered an in-house dental insurance program which covers regular check ups and discounts on procedures. Dr. Thomas worked with me on financing solutions while preparing a temporary crown to relieve my pain. There were no recriminations for neglecting dental care for four years, just positive attitudes and problem solving. This is a wonderful dental practice!

I've been seeing Dr Fried and his staff for several years. They the best dental office I've been to in Massachusetts (out of four). Friendly, thoughtful and very "on top of things". They were awarded best dentist in Framingham repeatedly. Well deserved I think. The building is good too - lots of natural light and well laid out.
Office staff was excellent. Dr. Fried was terrific - explained what he was going to do and offered explanation throughout and was very thorough. Kelly was also great - made me feel at ease. I am so glad I found this practice! Worth noting: Dr. Fried's choice of office music sounds like it was picked from my personal collection.

More than that he was available - he didn't just rush in and rush out - sitting down to speak with me and actually have a conversation (directly and indirectly related to my oral health). And the Dental Hygienist that saw me was also very friendly. Again, better than that, she was exceptionally thorough. My teeth looked amazing when I left. Very safe by today's Covid standards. Double masks and face shields; glasses for protection; empty waiting room. I felt safe and was impressed by the precautions taken.
Office is being cleaned frequently. Patients are asked covid-related questions before entering. Dentists and hygienists all wear masks, face shields and gloves. I did not have to wait more than 5 min in the parking lot before being called to enter. Very friendly and efficient.
We were scared to go for dental cleaning since March 2020, then waited for our appointment since early August, finally made it into the dental office on November 23rd, it was a big change from good old pre-COVID-19 days. Today I was there for a Cleaning (first time back since the Pandemic hit - quite a bit of trepidation for me). My Hygienist Susan was terrific as always - really upbeat, positive and reassuring. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of Dr. Fried's office. My last visit was just prior to the emergence of the pandemic and yesterday's visit was for a cleaning. As expected Dr. Fried has installed special air purifiers next to the dental chair and has altered the process to protect patients and his staff. Nicely done! I am not sure that I would have entertained a dental appointment with another practice during these risky times.

I have been coming to this office for a few years now. I just came from there today and want to say that I felt totally safe with regards to the covid pandemic. Everyone in the office was wearing PPE correctly. Everything was clean and sanitized. They had hepa filters in every room. Rooms were separated. Great job!
I love this practice! My cleanings are always thorough but gentle. They have taken the utmost precautions during Covid but still make you feel welcomed. I had been getting regular cleanings from this practice for 5 years (delayed recently due to Covid) as well as went through Invisalign with them. The doctors and hygienists are personable and extremely knowledgeable. Any one you speak to up front is really friendly and helpful. I would refer everyone to them!
My family has been going to Dr Fried's office for nearly 2 decades now. Considering it is a dentist's office, I would never say it is a great or fun place to go, but if you are not happy with your current dentist, try here. We did, and we made the right choice.

Dr. Fried and staff have turned the place upside down, all in the interest of creating patient safety. The reception area is limited, straight from car to chair. Treatment room I was in had negative pressure, limited items on shelving. Clear forethought on improving patient and staff safety. Well done.
My experience at Dr. Fried's office on Tuesday, June 9 was excellent. I was pretty nervous about venturing out from my southcoast home onto the highway and up to the office. But I felt very comfortable with the protocols being followed. I waited in the car, wore my mask in, was greeted at the door by my hygienist. Temp was taken, good series of questions asked and then to the exam room. I like the fact that there was an air purifier in the room for both of us, that I swished hydroperoxide fluid with the aid of cups before and after. Loads of PPE for the hygienist who looked nicely suited up. No polishing, no flossing. Kristin did do a probe test on the gums with the extra time. I'm glad I went.
My visit went perfect, your office was imaculate and everyone super friendly as usual, and the partial that was made for me fits perfect im so happy withyour service could not be better many Thanks Dan Gentile

[ No, I'm not related] Scheduling conflicts disallowed my ability to have dental work done, earlier in the year. To maximize my dental insurance, and do the necessary work, I was inserted into the schedule, mid-holiday season ! I had no idea Dr. Werman could juggle so well ...... I am so grateful for the care, I have been given, these many years.

Dr Fried has been our dentist for 16 years and recently really helped us with a problem we had with deciding what to do with an issue with my daughter's baby teeth. Rather than go through the trauma, we went with a more moderate approach based on what he would do with his own children. Very pleased that he was able to take the bigger picture into his treatment plan.

I'm newer in town and have been very apprehensive of finding a new dentist due to a bad past experience at another dental practice. I'm so glad I came across Dr. Fried's practice because it's been nothing but a wonderful experience. I had Dr. Le, who is very friendly and professional. She listened to all of my concerns and provided thorough explanations and answers to all of my questions. She did a couple of fillings for me and it was quick, painless, and the result is really great. I didn't feel any pain after the numbing subsided and my bite is perfect (this wasn't my experience with my past dentist). The front office is friendly, helpful with insurance, and prompt to follow up/make new appointments, etc. I would absolutely recommend this practice if you're looking for a new dentist.
Most comfortable I have ever left a dentist chair. Not sore that night nor next day after all that work! Very happy I have changed to his practice! Very patient with my gag reflex too, which I appreciate!
I was quite happy with my first visit. The staff was friendly and my hygienist was attentive in reading over my allergies. While the office did not have a polishing paste they could confirm was SLS free, they gave me good advice on what to do instead of risking exposure. I'm happy with the payment plan so far, and the communication has been good.
Not having been to a dentist in YEARS, I was hesitant, nervous and had it not been for some tooth discomfort, would have canceled. I'm SO glad I didn't. Everyone from the front desk (Rhonda) to Dr. Fried to the dental assistant (Kamila) was wonderful! No one was judgmental. All fears were allayed and a plan to get my teeth healthy is being put into place. I highly recommend Dr. Fried and his team.
I have been going to this practice for many years and have needed some extensive dental work. Dr. Fried and Dr. Werman are both very kind and gentle. They do top notch work and always insist on fixing their work if it doesn't hold up well. I used to skip my cleanings out of fear of going to the dentist, but now I enjoy going. All of the staff that I've interacted with are professional and very pleasant. Even after moving to Boston, I still travel back to Dr. Fried's (in rush hour traffic, nonetheless) because I know that I will receive the best care there.
