Tina Beder
Office Manager, Dental AssistantTina Beder has been an integral part of the Mark Fried DMD team for 35 years. With 37 years of practice in the dental field, she graduated from Whittier College. She considers the office team like her family and Dr. Fried as her role model and teacher. She loves coming to work every day. When not at work, she prefers spending time with her husband and her boys, Jacob and Lucas.
Nelle Pluck
ReceptionistNelle Pluck has been a part of Mark Fried, DMD as a receptionist for three months. She completed her schooling at Joseph P Keefe Technical Highschool. Her favorite part of working at the practice is interacting with patients. During her free time, she likes to watch concerts, be outdoors and go kayaking.

Registered Dental hygienistSusan Piaget has been an integral part of Mark Fried, DMD, since 1995. She graduated from Forsyth Northeastern University. One of Susan’s favorite parts of her job is seeing and working with patients and coworkers. She loves traveling, reading, listening to music, biking, gardening, creating art, and practicing yoga during her free time.
Denise Myers
Registered Dental HygienistDenise has been working in the dental field since she graduated from QCC in 2008 with Honors and an Anesthesia License. She joined Mark Fried DMD in 2012. She feels fortunate to be working with an amazing staff and is thankful for everything that she learns from their patients.
During her free time, she likes to do various volunteer work, mostly at a women's shelter.
Amanda Baudanza
Registered Dental HygienistAmanda graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science - Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2007. She started working at Dr. Fried's office in 2010.
She enjoys the opportunity she has at Mark Fried DMD to help people and make communities healthier. Amanda values her team's commitment to providing comprehensive patient care that is ethical and professional.
When not at the office, Amanda engages in advocating, fundraising, and volunteering to help make a difference in the fight against cancer.
Svetlana Baidanshin
Registered Dental HygienistSvetlana Baidanshin has been a part of the practice since 2009. Svetlana, who started as a Dental Assistant at Mark Fried a few years after her graduation, is an RDH now. She went to Bristol Community College where she got her Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves working at Dr. Mark Fried’s office and enjoys interacting with different patients at the practice. She loves traveling and spending time with her family during her free time.

Our capable team of assistants can be found everywhere in the office coordinating patient care. Maintaining our standard of care as a team requires them to handle instrument sterilization and inventory control , assisting the doctors and our periodontal specialist while maintaining a high level of infection control.

Dental AssistantLyndsey Hebert has been working with Dr. Fried for six years and has been assisting in the dental field for 11 years. She graduated from Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School. She got her bachelors in biology from Worcester State University. Her favorite part of working at Mark Fried, DMD, is the environment where the team is like a family with excellent communication and the office staff is very organized. Also, she considers Dr. Fried a great teacher! She enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with her family, and visiting new places during her free time.

Dental AssistantA recent graduate of the dental assisting program at Keefe Technical Regional High School, Nicole is a highly motivated professional eager to begin her career in the dental field. She is proud to join the welcoming and high-quality team at Dr. Mark Fried’s long-standing Framingham practice, which has been serving the community with excellence since 1986. Nicole has also received hands-on, on-the-job training that has strengthened her clinical skills and prepared her to provide excellent patient care. Outside of the office, Nicole finds her greatest joy in fostering meaningful connections and spending quality time with her family and friends. Nicole appreciates the doctors and their patience and time teaching her how to better her skills! She is excited to bring her modern training and enthusiasm to a dedicated team that has been voted the best in town for over two decades.

Dental AssistantGabriela Cadena has been working at Dr. Fried’s office since May 2025 and has been in the dental field for five years. She graduated from Keefe Technical Vocational School in Framingham, Massachusetts, where she first developed her interest in dentistry and became a certified dental assistant. Gabriela is currently a pre-dental student majoring in Biology with plans to attend dental school and pursue her long time dream of becoming a dentist. Her favorite part about working at Dr. Fried’s office is the supportive, family like environment. She enjoys learning something new every day and values the guidance and mentorship she receives from the dentists as she continues to grow in her career.
